| Sera's previous owner passed away in October 2008 of cancer. Jane Hildebrand of Deland, FL was a registered nurse and would take Sera to the nursing home to visit with the patients which she loved. Jane's daughter called me the night Jane left this world and I went to pick up Sera to live out her remaining years back with me, her breeder. Sera has fit in very well with the gang at 9 3/4 years old. Below are some recent photos of Sera. Sera was very attracted to Vernon Dill, of now retired Kumasan Whippets and Borzoi and retired ASFA judge, as can be seen in these photos. Sera was shown with her sister, Blues, garnering a Hound Group 1 Brace at the West Palm Beach Shows almost 9 years ago. |
