ALL FROM THIS BREEDING WERE PLACED IN COMPANION HOMES. THE LITTER DID NOT MEET  STANDARDS TO BE SHOWN & HAVE BEEN NEUTURED/SPAYED OR GONE TO RAINBOW BRIDGE.  SOME INHERITED TRAITS CAME THROUGH THE SIRE'S DAM OWNED BY THE CO-BREEDER, THAT ARE NOT CORRECTABLE OR ACCEPTABLE IE: Mandibular Brachynathism which is a malocclusion that is a genetic fault that came thru in 2 of 3 pups. This condition was also evident in Ballet's brother, Stoli. One of the other pups had a life threatening heriditary health issue that had no cure in addition to mandibular brachynathism.  This particular breeding has ended this line of Borzoi. However, Eclipse is a great sire and did fix the narrow front of Ballet onto the pups. Ballet and her littermates and her pups were all for naught. These things happen in breeding and they are heartbreaking.

Ballet died suddenly at less than 8 3/4 years from an inherited disease and one of her sisters died at 9 with cancer of the spleen. 2 other littermates are also gone.
